Mgr, Learning and Development

The Manager – Learning & Development for Entrata India leads the overall learning, leadership, and culture strategy for the region in alignment with global people and business priorities. The role is responsible for building and managing an L&D/OD team, owning the learning architecture including the LMS, and driving leadership and organizational effectiveness initiatives. It also focuses on cultivating a continuous learning culture, supporting change management, and using data and employee listening to inform long-term workforce readiness. The position requires close partnership with senior business and People leaders to shape organizational health and leadership capability.
