Mgr Responsible Sourcing

The Manager of Responsible Sourcing leads the development and implementation of responsible sourcing strategies for key agricultural supply chains such as peanuts and almonds. This role collaborates with procurement, sustainability, R&D, suppliers, NGOs, and industry partners to design programs that mitigate environmental and social risks, enhance supply chain resilience, and achieve measurable sustainability outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Responsible Sourcing, the manager translates strategy into actionable roadmaps, monitors performance, and represents Hershey in industry forums.
