Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Administrator

This role administers and sustains the enterprise collaboration environment for a Department of War agency, managing Microsoft 365 services, site provisioning, permissions, and governance across multiple security enclaves. The administrator monitors service health, resolves complex platform issues, and coordinates escalations while ensuring compliance with DISA and DoD guidelines. Additionally, the position supports Power Platform governance and RMF evidence for the collaboration environment.
