Mid-Level Corporate Associate

Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate with 3–5 years of relevant law firm experience to join a sophisticated U.S. corporate practice in New York or Boston. The role involves advising a diverse client base on sophisticated transactional and general corporate matters, including M&A, private equity, equity financings, venture capital investments, corporate governance, and securities matters. Associates will take on substantive responsibility early, work directly with experienced partners, and develop a well-rounded corporate practice across a broad range of industries.
