About this role

This role offers military service members in their last 180 days of service the opportunity to gain real-world civilian work experience through the Department of Defense SkillBridge program. Participants will receive training and work experience in manufacturing machine tool operations, quality assurance, and technical inspections at GE Aviation. The position allows separating service members to evaluate their suitability for industry roles while continuing to receive military compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate manufacturing machine tools and specialized equipment
Inspect products using precision gages and measuring equipment
Interpret mechanical blueprints and engineering specifications
