Mill Manager

The Mill Manager directs and coordinates the operations of the Industrial, Food grade, and Pharmaceutical grade salt mill, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. This role is accountable for achieving key performance indicators, managing budgets, and overseeing equipment and process reliability. The position involves leading hourly bargaining unit employees to maintain high standards of volume and quality.
