Mining Supervisor

MACA is seeking an experienced Mining Supervisor to lead and mentor a crew of Production Operators at the McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project in the Pilbara region of WA. Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, the role ensures safe and efficient mining operations while managing plant, equipment, and resources. The position involves fostering a strong safety culture, supporting daily production activities, and identifying opportunities for staff development and continuous improvement.
