Mission Success Manager

The Mission Success Manager at Second Front Systems is responsible for driving customer success from onboarding through renewal, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial customers deploying on the Game Warden platform. This role involves guiding customers through technical implementation, compliance processes, and steady-state support while acting as the connective tissue between customers, engineering, security, and product teams. The position requires building strong relationships with customer technical and executive teams to ensure secure deployment and authorization of SaaS solutions.
