Director of Security Compliance & Authorization

Second Front Systems is seeking a Director of Security Compliance & Authorization to lead the security authorization function for Game Warden across DoD and FedRAMP environments. This role involves owning the security authorization strategy, managing control implementation, and ensuring continuous monitoring to maintain current authorizations and pass assessments. The position requires leading the Security Authorization team, directing assessment readiness, and serving as the primary relationship owner with authorizing officials and 3PAOs. As a key partner to the CISO and other leadership, the director will drive authorization readiness and create a durable compliance infrastructure that scales with product delivery.
