About this role
A Mobile Crisis Responder / Qualified Professional III delivers on-call crisis management services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and those experiencing mental health or substance use crises across Rutherford, McDowell, and Mitchell counties. The role responds to crisis events in community settings with the goal of avoiding inpatient hospitalization and supporting community-based recovery. Full-time staff work 15-hour on-call shifts from home or community locations with a rotating schedule and guaranteed 40 hours weekly.
