Mobile Integrated Healthcare Program Manager

The position involves direct oversight of patient episodes, managing referral-to-closure workflows, and ensuring protocol and documentation compliance under the Medical Director's authority. Key responsibilities include launching new MIH programs, tracking referral volumes, and supervising MIH clinicians to meet partner service levels and outcomes targets.
