Mold Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive upkeep of molds to ensure smooth production operations. The position involves managing spare parts, conducting root cause analysis to minimize breakdowns, and performing mold changeovers according to schedule. The incumbent will also provide on-the-job training to trainees and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
