Molding Process Technician - 2nd Shift

The Molding Process Technician will train Mold Technicians and Mold Setters on best practices, troubleshoot machine and plastic process issues, and ensure high-quality production with minimal material loss. This role involves setting up molds and secondary equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with supervisors and engineers to optimize cycle times and resolve root causes. The technician must maintain safety standards, perform cycle checks, and support various manufacturing duties as needed.
