Monitor Tech

The Monitor Tech performs indirect care by monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing departmental communication and documentation needs. This role involves transcribing physician orders, verifying lab and radiology tests, and preparing patient charts and supplies. The position may also assist nursing staff with indirect patient care duties and, for DOU staff, provide direct patient care under RN supervision if certified as a CNA.
