About this role
UNHCR is establishing a roster of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) expert consultants to provide surge technical support to the Regional Bureau for East and Southern Africa and country operations. Consultants will advise on M&E and RBM systems, support evaluations and reviews, and contribute to capacity development and organizational learning. Assignments vary in length (1–11 months) and can be on-site or remote depending on operational needs.
