SNV Vietnam is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer to support the implementation of the Transforming the Rice Value Chain for Climate Resilient and Sustainable Development (TRVC) project in the Mekong Delta. The role focuses on facilitating data-driven decision-making through rigorous monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities to ensure project results align with strategic objectives. The officer will collaborate with project teams and government partners to track progress, analyze data, and produce reports that inform project adjustments and demonstrate impact.
