About this role

The MEL Specialist supports FHI 360’s Alive & Thrive initiative in Ethiopia by strengthening monitoring, evaluation, and learning functions within Regional Food System and Nutrition Coordination Offices (FSNCOs). The role partners with government coordination structures and sector bureaus to improve routine data use, accountability, and learning for implementation of the Ethiopian Food Systems Transformation Roadmap, Food and Nutrition Strategy, and Seqota Declaration. The position operates at regional level with collaboration across zones and woredas and intermittent technical guidance from a country-level Senior MEL Specialist.
