Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer

SNV Kenya is seeking a qualified Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer to coordinate the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the TUMAI MAJI programme's integrated consortium-wide MEL system. The role involves ensuring consistent programme performance monitoring, credible evidence generation, and adaptive management across four interlinked water security systems in Kenya. The officer will provide technical guidance on indicator protocols, data quality assurance, evaluations, and learning to support decision-making and programme impact.
