Move-In Coordinator

The Move-In Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing Director in achieving the community's marketing goals by effectively planning move-ins, move-outs, and other sales activities. This role involves managing resident paperwork, coordinating apartment preparation, and ensuring a welcoming move-in process for new residents. The position also provides administrative support to the Marketing Department and assists in executing marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
