Multifunctional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager

This role leads Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) functions, including make/buy decisions, bill of materials planning, and master production scheduling to ensure systemic integrity. The position involves managing a team responsible for warehousing and shipping logistics while driving inventory optimization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency across the production lifecycle. The associate manager will also oversee manufacturing planning activities, implement continuous improvement methodologies, and guide the organization through major change initiatives.
