Multifunctional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager

This role leads Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) functions, including make/buy decisions, bill of materials planning, and master production scheduling to ensure systemic integrity. The position involves managing a team responsible for warehousing and shipping logistics while driving inventory optimization to minimize costs and maximize production efficiency. The associate manager will also oversee recruitment, performance assessments, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve bottlenecks and improve throughput.
