CMHA Peel Dufferin
The Navigator provides low-barrier first clinical response and front-line resources to the community, conducting assessments, crisis interventions, and short-term supports while coordinating referrals and services within the HART Hub. This permanent full-time role involves 12‑hour rotational shifts, on‑site and community‑based work, and focuses on helping clients navigate mental health and addiction services.
CMHA Peel Dufferin is the local Peel and Dufferin branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association delivering mental health and addictions services across the region. It supports people with mental health and substance-use needs through community programs, counselling, education, and resource navigation to help them be well and reach their full potential. The organization also engages in public education, advocacy, and partnerships with health and social services to improve access, reduce stigma, and promote recovery and inclusion.
