The Addiction Counsellor will provide individual and group counselling, case management, and trauma‑informed support to participants of the HART Hub program, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners. This full‑time contract role involves community outreach, travel within Waterloo Region, and the use of evidence‑based therapeutic approaches such as motivational interviewing and harm reduction.
