Navigator

The Navigator is responsible for street outreach and navigation to identify individuals and families who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless within Fresno and Madera County. This role provides individualized client support throughout the Coordinated Entry System process, addressing barriers to obtaining permanent housing and linking clients to essential programs and services. The position involves managing a caseload, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions to permanent housing while building relationships with property managers and community resources.
