About this role

This role involves leading and executing key initiatives and projects related to Technical Due Diligance (TDA) Key Performance Indicators and New Business Unit Within (NBUW) operations. The incumbent oversees IT system enhancements, manages user acceptance testing, and ensures cross-functional collaboration for strategic improvements and data integrity. Additionally, the position requires monitoring system performance, guiding underwriting teams on system requests, and managing ad-hoc data needs for compliance and strategic assessments.

Responsibilities

Lead identification and execution of TDA KPI-related strategic initiatives
Oversee end-to-end development of NBUW projects ensuring timely delivery
Coordinate all User Acceptance Testing activities for system enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process simplification and innovation
Manage ad-hoc data requests for audits and strategic assessments
