Center For Youth
The role supports Greece Central School District families through the Neighborhood Navigation Center, providing person‑centered assistance, crisis response, and resource navigation before, during, and after school hours. The coordinator collaborates with district staff, community partners, and families to build relationships, organize outreach, and advance the Community Cares Initiative.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
