Center For Youth
The Neighborhood Navigation Center Coordinator works with the Greece Central School District and TogetherNow to operate a community hub that provides person‑centered support and services to families before, during, and after school hours. The role involves collaborating with district staff, outside organizations, and community members to connect families with resources, respond to crises, and lead outreach initiatives.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
