Network Administrator Level 2

The Network Administrator Level 2 will provide enterprise support for network routers and switches, coordinating with the Network Operations Center to address break-fix issues, configuration updates, and technology upgrades. This role involves resolving critical outages, performing root cause analyses, and implementing security technical guides to ensure continuous service improvement across LANs, WANs, and unified communication services. The position requires working independently in a SCIF environment to maintain and enhance network infrastructure.
