Network Administrator Tier 2

The Network Administrator Tier 2 will provide enterprise-level support for network routers and switches, coordinating with the Network Operations Center to resolve break-fix issues, configuration updates, and technology upgrades. This role involves performing network changes, drafting standard operating procedures, and conducting root cause analyses for critical outages. The position requires working independently to implement new designs and drive continual service improvement across LANs, WANs, and unified communication services.
