Network Operations Engineer I

The Network Operations Engineer I is an entry-level technical role responsible for monitoring, triaging, and maintaining the health of Optical and IP networks in a 24x7 operational environment. This position serves as the first point of response for network alarms and incidents, performing first-level troubleshooting and escalating complex issues to senior engineers. The role involves close collaboration with Network Operations Engineers II and Team Leads to restore service and ensure network stability.
