Network Recruitment and Development Specialist

The Network Recruitment and Development Specialist is responsible for the continued development of the PPO network, including new provider identification, solicitation, and rate negotiations. This full-time role involves orienting providers, serving as a liaison with treatment providers and clients, and supporting the Clinical Division with case-specific problem-solving. The position also requires maintaining quality assurance policies, participating in marketing efforts, and preparing reports on competition and provider rates.
