Network Support Specialist

This role is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting the college's wired and wireless networks to ensure secure and reliable connectivity across campuses. The position supports instruction, operations, and student services by collaborating with Systems, Security, and Instructional Technology teams. Key duties include managing network infrastructure, responding to incidents, and supporting enterprise wireless systems and IP-based devices.
