About this role

Aggreko is seeking students and recent graduates for a structured early-career development program supporting its South Valley and Peru Ridge Independent Power Projects in Nevada. The program provides hands-on field experience, technical training, rotational assignments, and mentorship to prepare participants for roles in power generation and energy infrastructure. Participants will gain exposure to industry-leading natural gas power generation technology and develop real-world technical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Support large-scale power projects through hands-on field experience
Participate in rotational learning opportunities at service centers
Gain exposure to operations, maintenance, installation, and commissioning activities
