About this role

The Nursing Graduate works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse in the clinical setting, participating in patient care delivery and orientation to the RN assignment. This role is designed for up to 12 weeks while employees complete the Intermountain Nurse Residency program and prepare for the State Boards examination to obtain RN licensure. The position requires successful completion of an accredited nursing program and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Collect patient data and report significant changes under RN supervision
Observe and discuss prioritization of patient needs and care plans
Participate in patient education and medication administration under supervision
