Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing revenue, settling accounts nightly, and maintaining files to reset the system for the next day of operations. This role also involves performing Guest Service Agent tasks, such as checking guests in and out, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure overall guest satisfaction. The position requires strong bookkeeping skills, including auditing cashiers and reconciling credit cards, while maintaining accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
