Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing excellent guest service, and settling guest accounts upon completion of their stay. This role supports the front office team and ensures positive guest relations by processing check-ins, managing reservations, and resolving guest complaints. The position requires maintaining accurate financial records, processing end-of-day reports, and assisting with hotel operator or concierge duties as needed.
