Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing excellent guest service, and settling accounts upon completion of their stay. This role supports the front office team and ensures positive guest relations by processing check-ins, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate guest records. The position requires working primarily during the third front desk shift with occasional flexibility for other shifts as needed.
