This role fosters a warm, comfortable, and secure environment for Guest Families, volunteers, and visitors while ensuring continuity of House services. The position involves managing office operations, overseeing guest check-in/check-out procedures, and maintaining accurate records in database systems. Additionally, the coordinator handles emergency maintenance responses, inventory tracking, and guest relations to uphold the organization's mission and standards.
