NOC Technician I

The NOC Technician I monitors the Bluepeak Provider Network and Services for outages and impairments in a 24/7 environment, coordinating maintenance and repair activities to ensure high service availability and quality. The role involves using fault, performance monitoring, and configuration management tools to detect, document, and resolve network troubles from initial detection to resolution. The technician commands, controls, and communicates with resources to help resolve customer-impacting issues.
