North America Maintenance Manager

The North America Maintenance Manager serves as the operational leader for maintenance activities across approximately 14 customer sites in the United States and Canada, reporting directly to the Maintenance Director. This highly visible role oversees Site Team Leaders and maintenance teams, helping Exotec scale its maintenance organization, standardize best practices, and support increasingly complex integrated automation solutions. The position acts as the North American voice within the global maintenance organization, shaping how Exotec supports multi-vendor automated warehouse environments.
