Nuclear Operations Unit Supervisor (Senior Reactor Operator) - Duane Arnold License Class

The Senior Reactor Operator position requires participants to complete a License Class program, which includes SRO training and NRC exam preparation, over a six-month period. During this time, employees will assign, direct, lead, evaluate, and manage subordinate employees while developing supervisory and technical skills. Upon successful completion, individuals are assigned as Unit Supervisors responsible for directing licensed operators and maintaining nuclear safety standards.
