Nurse for Specialty Programs

This role involves serving as the on-site clinical expert to evaluate donor eligibility, manage donor reactions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during the plasma donation process. The position requires collaborating with the Center Medical Director to create a safe and welcoming experience for donors while administering immunizations and monitoring for adverse responses. The nurse will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and promoting donor retention through exceptional care.
