About this role

The ChristianaCare Nurse Residency Program is a full‑time, accredited practice transition program for new graduate nurses with less than one year of experience. Participants rotate through medical or surgical units at the Newark and Wilmington campuses, receiving up to 16 weeks of preceptor‑led clinical experience, classroom and simulation education, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

Provide preceptor‑led clinical care on medical and surgical units
Participate in lecture and simulation education curriculum
Maintain RN licensure and fulfill two‑year residency commitment
