About this role
The Northeast Georgia Health System RN Residency is a structured 12-month practice transition program for licensed Registered Nurses with less than one year of RN experience. Accredited by the ANCC, the program supports new graduates through a cohort-based curriculum that includes didactic learning, simulation lab training, and dedicated preceptors and mentors. The Fall 2026 cohort begins October 19, 2026 and placements are available across multiple NGMC hospital locations.
