About this role
The Nurse Resident — Critical/Intermediate Care is a 12-month clinical education role designed to develop new graduate nurses with a broad foundation in pediatric nursing. The program strengthens critical thinking and clinical judgment while preparing residents to deliver competent, team-oriented care to pediatric patients and families. It is intended as the first professional nursing role with structured learning and clinical practice.
