Nutrition Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating, training, and reporting for the Nutrition component of the Head Start program, ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and CACFP regulations. The position involves supervising food service staff, managing vendors and commodities, and developing nutritionally appropriate menus for children. It also requires facilitating staff training, supporting parent education, and maintaining strict adherence to health and safety codes across all centers.
