About this role

Oak Street Health’s New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship is a 12-month paid program (in collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing) that prepares new NP graduates for adult primary care within a value-based care model. Fellows build patient panels, learn from multiple preceptors, and receive didactic training to transition into competent clinicians for older adults, with a required commitment to work at Oak Street for at least one year after program completion.
