About this role

Oak Street Health’s New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship is a 12-month paid program in adult primary care run in collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. The fellowship trains new NPs to deliver value-based care for older adults, allowing fellows to build a patient panel, work with multiple preceptors, and complete didactic and clinical training. Fellows commit to at least one additional year of employment with Oak Street following program completion.
