Occupancy Coordinator | Spring Valley

The Occupancy Coordinator supports the Community Manager in maintaining the waitlist and ensuring compliance with Section 8 regulatory requirements. This role oversees the timely completion of initial move-in files, interim recertifications, and annual recertifications in accordance with HUD and Local Housing Authority guidelines. The position ensures all resident documentation is complete and compliant while maintaining strong relationships with residents and regulatory partners.
