Ocean Import Coordinator

The Ocean Import Coordinator manages end-to-end ocean import shipments, handling everything from initial customer inquiries and quotations through final delivery, billing, and invoicing. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal partners, ensuring accurate documentation, timely execution, and high-level customer service throughout the import process. The position also involves supporting key account management, pricing, carrier coordination, and customer relationship management, with a primary focus on China trade lanes.
